Quality Home Care Providers and NousLogic Announce Collaboration to Advance Connected Home Care

LEONIA, N.J. — September 2026 — Quality Home Care Providers (QHCP), a New Jersey home care organization serving patients and families since 1991, is pleased to announce a collaboration with NousLogic, a connected-health technology company, focused on expanding access to technology-enabled care in the home.

The collaboration brings together QHCP’s more than three decades of experience supporting patients in their homes with NousLogic’s connected-device and remote monitoring technology infrastructure.

Together, the organizations will explore opportunities to support healthcare providers and their patients through connected health solutions designed to make it easier for health information collected in the home to be securely shared with participating care teams.

QHCP will bring its experience in home-based services, patient engagement, education, logistical support, and healthcare-provider coordination. NousLogic will provide the technology infrastructure supporting compatible connected devices, secure data transmission, and remote monitoring capabilities.

The collaboration reflects a shared belief that the home will play an increasingly important role in the future of healthcare.
